Honestly, anyone who says president Buhari’s government is not winning the war against corruption in Nigeria should think twice, recently Viewers Corner News learnt that the former air marshal (Adesola Amosu) has allegedly returned 2.6 billion Naira to the federal government of Nigeria. This huge amount (2.6 billion Naira) of money was part of what he allegedly stole from the Nigerian treasury. In our (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) own calculation, this huge amount of money if not stolen would go a long way in creating lots of viable industries in Nigeria which would at the end put the unemployed people of Nigeria to work. When people are working, taxes would be paid to the federal government of Nigeria which would in return be used to create better facilities for the country (Nigeria) but one selfish and greedy individual who do not have human sympathy would pocket it all alone while millions of Nigerians can barely feed properly. This is wickedness in the highest order and very painful too.
Look at the pensioners in Nigeria today who are being owed their entitlements for years without any hope of them being paid soon but right inside the Nigerian system, an individual would undermine these seniors and loot a whopping sum of money for himself and his family alone. This is unbelievable. However we (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) would continue to support president Buhari and his government for the way and manner the war against corruption is being handled in the country (Nigeria) because without the bold step taken by his government to recover the stolen wealth from some of the untouchables in the country (Nigeria), no other government would have done it because lots of terrible leaders where there before president Buhari and his government came but were unable to recover anything instead they joined in the game of looting the treasury of Nigeria.
Viewers Corner News and the advisory team would use this opportunity again to appeal to president Buhari and his government to inject fund into the economy of the country (Nigeria) which would put people back to work because the citizens of Nigeria have suffered enough in the hands of the past terrible leaders who never wanted them to move forward. Please create more job opportunities for the people of Nigeria because if they are gainfully employed, the possibility of doing crimes would no longer be there. Please the issue of pensioners should be looked into, these are seniors that should never be owed their allowances no matter the situation.
