ABDULMUMIN JIBRIN, THE SUSPENDED FORMER CHAIRMAN, HOUSE COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATION ALLEGEDLY SAID HE WOULD ONLY BE AT THE HEARING OF THE HOUSE COMMITTEE ON ETHICS AND PRIVILEGES IF THE HEARING IS GOING TO BE MADE PUBLIC, DOES HE STILL THINK THIS WAY NOW?

Information reaching Viewers Corner News from Abuja (Nigeria) revealed that Abdulmumin Jibrin (the suspended former house committee on appropriation) allegedly said that he would only appear on the house committee on ethics and privileges concerning the allegation and accusations going on against most members of the house which he is part of only if the hearing is going to be made public which means those members that he allegedly accused of wrong doings would not have the possibility of manipulating the process most probably. This shows the authenticity of his statements. Like we (Viewers Corner News team) have always said in the past that most Nigerian leaders do things with impunity without minding the implication of what they are doing because they have godfathers that would always protect them but we thank God that since president Buhari’s government came to power, at least a little bit of seriousness in government business is being looked into with proper care even though till now no conviction has been made in all the cases at the tribunal/court. Now most Nigerian politicians are a bit scared and would no longer take things for granted, however Viewers Corner News and the advisory team would use this opportunity to appeal to the Nigerian public to kindly remove sentiments in all aspects and follow realities because the sincerity of president Buhari’s government is for the best interest of the country (Nigeria). Assuming Yakubu Dogara and Abdulmumin Jibrin stole huge amount of money as they accused each, other, they should return them back to the federal government of Nigeria and render apology to the Nigerian people for betraying the trust they have for them.
No matter how we look at these men, they may never be poor again because they have allegedly stolen more than enough from the federal government of Nigeria and at the end it is still the poor masses in the country (Nigeria) that would suffer the terrible effects of their wrong doings. Therefore let us remove sentiments and blame them when we know they are wrong, with this method every other politicians coming into office would sit tight and work for the best interest of all Nigerians.
