A Syrian truck driver who is living in Dubai was sentenced to 7 years in jail by Dubai Criminal Court for selling drugs (amphetamine tablets). The court also ordered him to pay a fine of Dh50,000 and he will be deported to his country, Syria after serving his jail terms.
