Viewers Corner News correspondent learned that a strong earthquake of 7.3 magnitude which struck Iraq and Iran has claimed the lives of over 407 people and wounded about 6,600 people. Rescuers are still searching for those trapped under rubbles of collapsed buildings and death toll is expected to rise. This is the deadliest earthquake in the history of Iran where about 400 people were reported dead. The earthquake struck on Sunday and was felt in several western provinces of Iran but the hardest hit province was Kermanshah.
