A 41-year-old Belgian man named Philippe Graffart was arrested on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 and charged with murdering his five-year-old son, Keryan in Singapore.
Philippe Graffart was taken for psychiatric observation at the medical complex in Changi Prison and if found guilty, his offence is punishable by hanging.
According to report, the boy whom his father, Mr. Philippe Graffart has been fighting for his custody with his former wife was found strangled, with hand-shaped bruises around his neck.
