Florent Groberg, a 32-year-old United States Army captain who fought in Iraq was honoured with Medal of Honor by President Barack Obama of United States of America for his battlefield bravery in Iraq.
According to our correspondent in Washington, Captain Florent Groberg pushed a suicide bomber to the ground and prevented him from carrying out his wicked action and in order to appreciate his bravery act, a ceremony was organized in a White House on Thursday, November 12, 2015 where Florent Groberg was awarded the nation’s highest honour for battlefield bravery by President Barack Obama.
Captain Florent Groberg is the 10th living service member to receive this highest award and he dedicated the medal to those killed and their families according to report. Congratulations to Captain Florent Groberg.
