The information Viewers Corner News team gathered recently revealed that the long awaited excess crude account is beginning to show face, the federal government is digging into it to know what actually happened between 2007 to 2014 as our correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) gathered. This is where the action is because in the past, some governors in Nigeria accused the former minister of finance (Dr.Ngozi Okonjo Iweala) of not being transparent on this issue but as a smart woman she thought she is, she defended herself in her own way which was not so satisfactory to lots of people. Right now, that same issue is coming out again and over 11 trillion Naira has not been accounted for properly between 2007 to 2014, however no one is accusing anyone at this point but our recent findings have shown that something is wrong concerning this subject (excess crude account 2007 to 2014).
We (Viewers Corner News team) are not going to write much on this issue until the investigation fully begins, this is going to be an episode when it resumes because lots of people are involved in this excess crude account scam. We pray and hope that president Buhari and his government would be able to handle this issue to a conclusive end, we say so because this is not like Sambo Dasuki’s (former national security adviser) case.
This one is bigger than that and more big names are involved based on our findings. We are talking about a huge sum of over 11 trillion Naira, this is unbelievable. If this huge amount of money was properly utilized between 2007 to 2014, by now Nigeria would have been like Dubai or even better. This would show us the heartless nature of some individuals among us who do not care about the living conditions of the ordinary people in Nigeria, this attitude is in all the countries of Africa and that is why the continent is so backward till today. However only God’s intervention would solve the problem and that is the reason he brought president Buhari to clean up the system for good, Nigerians should put hands together and assist his government to make things right. It is hard now in the country (Nigeria) economically due to corruption and mismanagement from the past leaders who failed to plan and implement good economic policies when things were better, this is why Nigerians are in this hardship but with president Buhari, we are very sure his government would bring the economy back on track which would give the Nigerian people the opportunity to smile again.
