ZAHA HADID, A 65-YEAR-OLD IRAQI-BRITISH ARCHITECT IS DEAD.

Zaha Hadid, a 65-year-old Iraqi-British architect was reported dead. According to report, Zaha Hadid had heart attack and died in Miami on Thursday, March 31. Her notable works includes; the swooping aquatic center for the 2012 London Olympics, an Italian National Museum of 21st Century Arts in Rome, the Heydar Aliyev Centre in Baku, the Rosenthal Center for Contemporary Art in Cincinnati and the Guangzhou Opera House in China. Her works earned her so many awards such as; the Pritzker Architecture Prize, Britain’s most prestigious architecture award, the RIBA Stirling Prize. In 2012, Queen Elizabeth II honoured her with a dame hood. Zaha Hadid was 65 years old and may her soul rest in peace.
