THE EUROPEAN UNION AND BRITAIN TO RESUME TRADE TALKS ON MONDAY IN BRUSSELS AFTER FAILING TO REACH NEGOTIATIONS.

Our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Brussels reported that trade talks between Britain and the European Union will resume on Monday in Brussels after the two sides failed to reach negotiations on fair competition rules and fisheries. With seven weeks remaining before the transition period ends and Britain completes her Brexit journey out of European Union, the two sides (Britain and the European Union) have stepped up to conclude all negotiations. Britain is strongly pushing for a deal that would respect the country’s sovereignty but the European Union is urging Britain to compromise. Britain has missed so many deadlines on Brexit since the country voted to leave the bloc in 2016 and many businesses are doubting whether the British government is prepared to leave the European Union in January with a deal.
