MONTHS AFTER THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN NIGERIA, THE DECLARED WINNER OF THE RACE (PRESIDENT BUHARI) IS YET TO APPOINT HIS MINISTERS. DOES THIS REALLY SHOW SERIOUSNESS IN LEADERSHIP?

President Buhari’s second tenure has since begun, now he has three years and some months to leave office. Time waits for no one, by now we (Viewers Corner News team) expect him to have appointed all his ministers and put them to work. This was what President Buhari did in his first tenure, it took him months to appoint his ministers which lots of Nigerians both home and abroad were not pleased with and now the same thing is happening again which is not alright at all. Please appoint your ministers now so that Nigeria as a country would know where it is heading to. Somehow we (Viewers Corner News team) expected that lots of things would have been learned during President Buhari’s first tenure but the delay in the appointments has started giving lots of Nigerians both home and abroad reasons to keep on doubting the readiness of President Buhari’s government to put things right for the country (Nigeria). All Progressives Congress (APC) should hear this; if another political party with a credible candidate emerges in 2023, it is most likely that All Progressives Congress (APC) may lose the election. Planning ahead is very important in anything we do in life, with this system of All Progressives Congress (APC) and its leadership, it may affect them in the long run. President Buhari as a person has nothing to lose because this is his last tenure in office but those who are members of his party who he intends to hand over power to should please advise him to get the ball rolling as quickly as he can.
