We (Viewers Corner News) have written articles on corruption in the past and now we are doing the same again. We are speaking about this particular topic called corruption because it is the major reason countries in the continent of Africa are not moving forward. For instance, a great country like Nigeria which has all the resources that is capable of feeding, taking care of her citizens and the continent of Africa as a whole assuming, but our discovery indicates that corruption is the cause of the problems in Nigeria. Each time an individual comes out to handle or cure this deadly disease (corruption), some group of individuals called the untouchables would suppress him/her and in most cases all these individuals have all their families in one of the best schools/universities abroad. They are using the money meant for all the citizens of Nigeria to finance their families alone, thereby leaving the general public to suffer. Another terrible aspect is that the Nigerian citizens are not seeing the damages done to the country by these few individuals who sat on the nation’s treasury. Anytime someone raises an alarm about corruption and tries to cure this terrible disease that has eaten so deep in the country by getting some of these big names arrested, then sentiment sets in immediately. In this situation, how can a country move forward?
Viewers Corner News and the advisory team is appealing to all the citizens of Nigeria to do their home work nicely and please support fight against corruption because we (Viewers Corner News) believe that the Nigerian economy can be fixed properly if only corruption is eradicated completely. Also Nigeria government should block every loophole where Nigeria money is being taken out of the country and in due time, success will surely be achieved.
