Our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) gathered recently that the communication minister of Nigeria, Mr Adebayo Shittu did not serve the compulsory one year National Youth Service when he finished his degree course years back which is expected of all those who graduated before the age of 30 to undergo. Mr Adebayo Shittu (minister of communication) happens to be among those who did not do this program before taken up employment in the country (Nigeria). It was also revealed that not doing this one year compulsory national youth service after graduation is a punishable offence and carrys a jail term of up to few years. If that be the case, Mr Adebayo Shittu is into a big problem. However, we (Viewers Corner News team) are watching to see the outcome of this matter or would it be thrown into a trash box as usual.
